Old Hollywood style returns to the Golden Globes red carpet

The Golden Globe Awards returned to the Beverly Hilton on Sunday night, and the red carpet quickly turned into a tribute to classic Hollywood style. From dramatic gowns to sleek metallic looks, the biggest names in entertainment arrived ready to be noticed.

Kylie Jenner was one of the most talked-about faces of the night. She stepped out in a metallic corset gown by Ashi Studio that hugged her curves and shimmered under the lights. Her look was finished with custom Lorraine Schwartz jewellery worth over 100 carats. Although Kylie shared a short “getting ready” clip online, she did not walk the carpet with Timothée Chalamet, who arrived and posed on his own. Later in the evening, Chalamet picked up a major acting honour for Marty Supreme, even though the film missed out on the top prize.

Ariana Grande brought her own kind of drama. Wearing a black off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood Couture ball gown, she looked straight out of a vintage Hollywood movie. The structured silhouette and sweeping skirt made her one of the standout stars of the night.

Selena Gomez also leaned into the old-school glamour. She chose a black Chanel gown with white feather details and styled her hair in glossy pinned curls. Dark lipstick added to the classic feel as she walked the carpet with her husband, Benny Blanco, by her side.

Kate Hudson kept things sleek in a metallic silver Armani dress that fit her figure perfectly. Jennifer Garner sparkled in a black Cong Tri gown, while Chase Infiniti went bold in a Louis Vuitton look featuring a mirrored, sculptural bodice.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher made a rare awards-show appearance together after several years. Mila looked elegant in a Carolina Herrera gown as the couple posed for photos. Priyanka Chopra also drew attention in a deep navy blue dress, paired with a striking necklace, alongside Nick Jonas.

Alicia Silverstone added a splash of colour in a red sleeveless gown, and Teyana Taylor stood out in a custom Schiaparelli Haute Couture piece with cut-outs and a halter neckline. Amanda Seyfried rounded out the night in a soft white Versace gown that gave her an almost angelic look.
