Timothée Chalamet made a solo appearance at the AFI Awards Luncheon in Los Angeles on Friday, just days before the Golden Globes. While his girlfriend Kylie Jenner was noticeably absent, the actor still turned heads for another reason.

Seated inside the Four Seasons Hotel, Chalamet flashed a silver Cartier necklace estimated to be worth around 36,000 dollars. The statement piece stood out against his relaxed outfit, which included a dark grey jacket and a partially unbuttoned striped shirt.

The 30-year-old actor appeared at ease as he chatted with guests, including his Marty Supreme co-star Odessa A’zion and director Josh Safdie. The luncheon comes just ahead of the 83rd Golden Globe Awards on January 11, where Chalamet is nominated for Best Actor for his role in the sports drama.

Interestingly, the necklace sparked comparisons online, as it closely resembles a Cartier piece Jenner has been seen wearing recently. The Kylie Cosmetics founder previously shared photos wearing a Panthère de Cartier pendant, leading fans to speculate it may have been a gift from Chalamet.

Despite attending this event alone, the couple were together just days earlier at the 2026 Critics Choice Awards. Jenner sat in the audience as Chalamet won Best Actor and delivered an emotional speech, thanking his partner of three years and telling her he loved her.

While Jenner skipped the AFI luncheon, the couple’s recent public appearances suggest their relationship is very much on solid ground.
