This weekend is packed with major streaming releases across Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, and Paramount+. From new drama series and true crime documentaries to live MMA events and award shows, viewers have plenty to watch between May 15 and May 17.

The emotional family drama stars Scott Foley and Erinn Hayes. The story follows widowed pastor Malcolm Jeffries and recently divorced Lori Soto as their longtime friendship slowly turns into something deeper.

The true crime documentary revisits the 2023 crash involving 17-year-old Mackenzie Shirilla. What was first believed to be a tragic accident is later examined through forensic evidence and psychological analysis to determine whether the crash may have been intentional.

Based on the novels by Dame Jilly Cooper, the drama explores the intense and competitive world of British television during the 1980s.

Hulu also released Lisa Ann Walter’s first stand-up special, It Was An Accident. The comedy special includes jokes and stories about Gen-X life, relationships, parenting, and modern America.

Officially begins as the newest chapter in the Yellowstone universe.
The series brings back Kelly Reilly and Cole Hauser as Beth Dutton and Rip Wheeler. New cast members include Ed Harris and Annette Bening.
The first two episodes are streaming now, while new episodes will release weekly every Friday.

Couples Therapy returned for Season 5 on Paramount+ Premium. The new season follows four couples dealing with emotional and relationship struggles, including political disagreements and mental health challenges.

Netflix is entering the live sports world with its first-ever MMA “Superfight.”
The main event features Ronda Rousey facing Gina Carano in a featherweight fight live from Los Angeles’ Intuit Dome at 9:00 PM ET.
The fight card also includes Nate Diaz vs. Mike Perry, along with the MMA return of Francis Ngannou.

The 61st Academy of Country Music Awards streams live on Amazon Prime Video this Sunday.
Hosted by Shania Twain, the award show begins at 8:00 PM ET from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.
The event is expected to feature performances from some of country music’s biggest stars and will also stream live on Amazon Music’s Twitch channel.
Viewers looking for drama can check out Rivals and Dutton Ranch, while documentary fans may enjoy Netflix’s The Crash. Sports fans also have a major weekend ahead with Netflix’s live MMA card and the ACM Awards arriving on Sunday night.
Among all the releases, Dutton Ranch, Rivals, and the Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano fight are already creating strong buzz online ahead of release weekend.
