A Viral TikTok Confession Sparked the Controversy

According to a trending Reddit thread, a TikTok user—who claimed to be an Alix Earle fan—allegedly confessed to rigging votes. The fan reportedly said they created 17 fake email addresses and used them to cast over 220 votes for Alix Earle and her partner Val Chmerkovskiy.

The shocking part? This confession came through a private DM, which was later shared publicly by another TikToker. That single post was enough to send DWTS fans into full investigation mode just hours before the finale.

The TikToker who exposed the message said they were approached to join the same activity—but instead of participating, they decided to expose it online.

Robert Irwin Also Pulled Into the Allegations

Things escalated when the same source claimed that Robert Irwin and Witney Carson’s fanbase allegedly used similar multiple-email tactics to boost votes. This turned the controversy from a single fan confession into a full-blown DWTS voting fairness debate.

Naturally, the internet had thoughts. Social media was filled with viewers questioning:

  • How secure is the voting system?

  • Can fan-created emails really influence results?

  • Is DWTS prepared for digital manipulation?

No Official Statement Yet

So far, Alix Earle, Robert Irwin, ABC, and the DWTS producers have not released any official statement regarding the allegations. Also important: the TikToker’s claims have not been independently verified at this time.

Still, with emotions running high during the finale, the timing of this revelation couldn’t have been more dramatic.

One thing is clear—DWTS Season 34 didn’t just end with dancing, it ended with controversy, and fans are still debating what was real and what was just social media chaos.
