Actor Cara Buono, who played Karen Wheeler, described the moment as deeply emotional. In her Instagram post, she said watching the finale together felt “cathartic” and “a little surreal,” comparing it to the last day of summer camp — filled with tears, gratitude, and memories.
Several familiar faces appeared in the group photos, including Finn Wolfhard and Natalia Dyer, who portrayed Mike and Nancy Wheeler. Other cast members spotted at the screening included Noah Schnapp, Caleb McLaughlin, Sadie Sink, Gaten Matarazzo, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Jamie Campbell Bower, and Maya Hawke.
Buono shared that looking around the room reminded her how close the cast had become over the years. She reflected on ten years filled with monsters, childhood moments, and creative magic, adding that while the story of Hawkins has ended, their bond will last forever.
Series creator Ross Duffer also posted photos from the watch party, calling the experience emotional and deeply meaningful. He shared that seeing the cast laugh, cry, and support each other made him feel grateful for the connection they still share after all these years.
One notable absence from the screening was Millie Bobby Brown, who played Eleven since the show first premiered in 2016.
Though Stranger Things has reached its final chapter, the cast made it clear that their journey together — and their family-like bond — is far from over.
