The dramatic finale of The Traitors season 4 is set to reach fans in a brand-new way, with the BBC confirming that the final episode will be screened live in cinemas across the UK.
After weeks of twists, betrayals, and tense roundtables, the hit reality series will come to an explosive conclusion on Friday, January 23, airing on BBC One and BBC iPlayer. Alongside the TV broadcast, selected cinemas will allow fans to experience the finale on the big screen.

Several venues in London are taking part, including Exhibit Cinema in Balham, Genesis in Bethnal Green, Picturehouse in Finsbury Park, and Clapham Grand. Outside the capital, fans can head to The Light in Stockport, Mockingbird in Birmingham, Cultplex in Manchester, and Showroom in Sheffield to watch the live screening.
As the final week begins, the pressure is at its peak for the remaining players. Traitors Rachel and Stephen face an unprecedented decision — choosing which contestant will receive the powerful “dagger”, giving them a double vote at the next banishment.
The final prize pot is expected to exceed £50,000, but its fate depends entirely on who survives until the end. If any traitors remain unexposed, they will walk away with the full amount, leaving the faithful with nothing.
Some fans believe they have uncovered a pattern predicting future eliminations by linking episodes with guest appearances on the spin-off show The Traitors: Uncloaked, though nothing has been officially confirmed.
Hosted by Claudia Winkleman, The Traitors first aired in 2022 and is based on the Dutch series De Verraders. It is produced by Studio Lambert, the team behind Gogglebox and Race Across The World.
Earlier this season, Fiona’s explosive confrontation with Rachel was widely praised as one of the most memorable moments in the show’s history. The franchise continues to grow, with the BBC recently confirming a second season of the celebrity version, following huge praise for its debut finale.
