Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni have officially settled their long-running legal dispute connected to It Ends With Us, and the financial details are surprising many fans.
The settlement happened just weeks before the case was expected to go to trial.
According to TMZ, neither Blake Lively nor Justin Baldoni received money as part of the settlement agreement.
Sources told the outlet that “no money was exchanged between the parties,” except for legal fees paid to attorneys involved in the case.
The update shocked many followers because both sides had previously mentioned huge financial damages during the legal fight.

In her lawsuit, Lively reportedly stated that damage to her public image could potentially lead to losses of up to $300 million in future earnings and opportunities.
Meanwhile, Baldoni had filed a massive $400 million defamation countersuit against Lively. However, the case was dismissed in June 2025 before reaching trial.
According to Page Six, the combined legal costs for both sides reportedly reached around $60 million during the years-long battle.
