Kate revealed that three days after Liam’s untimely death, she received a message that made the loss feel even more real. While setting up Halloween decorations at home, she got a text from the repairman asking if Liam had liked the surprise. In that moment, the reality of his absence truly hit her.
During her interview, Kate frequently referred to Liam in the present tense before correcting herself. She admitted that she still dials his number just to hear his voicemail. In the early days after his passing, she found comfort in listening to his songs but now finds it too painful.
Kate shared a touching message online, revealing how she and Liam had envisioned their future together. She held onto a note from Liam where he wrote:

In her emotional post, Kate explained that “444” symbolizes the presence of angels. She believes Liam is now watching over her. She stated, "You often see 444 when you're feeling down—it’s a reminder that you are protected and loved by angels."
Kate attended Liam's funeral service at St Mary's Church in Amersham, Buckinghamshire, accompanied by her friend Damian Hurley. She was later seen visibly emotional in London, mourning the love she lost too soon.

Just days before Liam’s tragic passing, Kate had returned to Miami from London, while Liam stayed back to renew his US visa. In a TikTok video before the tragedy, she revealed her frustration about the extended stay, saying, "We were supposed to be there for five days, but it turned into two weeks.
