The weekend episodes of Love Island: All Stars Season 3 pushed the villa into full chaos. Episodes 17 and 18, airing on Saturday, January 31, and Sunday, February 1, focused on the fallout from the Villa USA twist and a betrayal that has completely split the Islanders.
Saturday’s episode followed the familiar Unseen Bits / Weekly Hot List format but added important context as tensions quietly built behind the scenes.
Most of the focus was on Villa USA, where Millie, Whitney, Belle, Helena, Jack, Tommy, Scott, and Ciaran were living alongside the American bombshells — Yamen, Carrington, Zac, Sher, Imani, and Kyra. Flirting continued, loyalties were tested, and cracks in existing couples became more obvious.

Back in the main villa, attention shifted to the Islanders left behind. Sean Stone, who appeared settled with Belle, shocked viewers by turning his attention to bombshell Lucinda Strafford. Their connection moved fast, with Sean admitting he felt a spark he hadn’t experienced before.
The episode ended with growing concern around Helena, as Islanders discussed the possibility of her leaving the villa due to personal or health reasons. While no official decision was shown, the mood was noticeably heavy heading into Sunday night.
Sunday’s episode delivered the drama fans were waiting for as both villas finally reunited.
When the Villa USA Islanders returned, the so-called Loyalty Test results were brutal.
Belle came back expecting to pick up where things left off with Sean. Instead, she was blindsided by how close he had become to Lucinda. Furious, Belle confronted Sean and told him to “leave me alone” after learning just how far his exploration had gone while she was away.
Meanwhile, Whitney’s storyline took another sharp turn. After getting close to US bombshell Konnor (and previously Yamen), it was revealed she told Konnor in bed that she wanted him to leave so she could focus elsewhere. The moment sparked a heated conversation and raised serious questions about her intentions.
The episode also confirmed the results of the public vote:
Shaq Muhammad and Jess Harding were officially dumped after receiving the fewest “favourite” votes.
Helena also exited the villa. While the public vote played a role, her departure was surrounded by emotion, with Islanders and viewers alike reacting strongly to how suddenly she left.
Sean & Lucinda: Now seen as the villa’s newest “villain couple,” continuing their connection despite the fallout.
Millie & Ciaran: Still appearing strong, though previous tensions haven’t been fully forgotten.
Scott & Leanne: Under scrutiny, with doubts growing over Scott’s sincerity.

Belle: Single, angry, and firmly on the warpath after Sean’s betrayal.

The villa is now deeply divided. The Villa USA twist succeeded in breaking apart one of the season’s most stable couples, shifting the power balance entirely. Belle has emerged as the clear centre of the “scorned woman” storyline, while Sean is facing heavy backlash both inside the villa and from viewers for how quickly he turned his head.
