Author Ashley St. Clair has confirmed that she and Elon Musk are privately working toward an agreement regarding the upbringing of their child. St. Clair’s representative, Brian Glicklich, stated that discussions have been ongoing for some time.
He expressed disappointment over tabloid interference, which disrupted the confidentiality of their negotiations. Glicklich also mentioned that St. Clair expects Musk to acknowledge his parental role soon to end speculation and ensure their child’s well-being.

On February 14, Ashley St. Clair revealed on X (formerly Twitter) that she had given birth to Musk’s 13th child five months ago. She initially kept the news private to protect the child’s safety but decided to speak out due to media pressure.
Shortly after St. Clair’s announcement, Shivon Zilis—who shares three children with Musk—posted a picture of herself with their twins, Strider and Azure. Musk responded with a sweet emoji, and Zilis replied with a heart, fueling speculation about her thoughts on the situation.

Reports indicate that Zilis welcomed a third child with Musk in June 2024, further expanding his growing family.
Musk, 53, has a large family from multiple relationships:
In a 2020 interview, Musk admitted that during infancy, he had a limited role in raising his children, while his partners played a bigger part. However, he expressed a desire to be more involved as they grow older.
Grimes later filed a legal case against Musk in September 2024, seeking to establish parental rights over their children.
