The latest episode of It: Welcome to Derry has revealed key developments in the series’ timeline and the origins of Pennywise.

The episode confirms that Ingrid was responsible for the events at the Black Spot, using fear to empower the entity known as It. Following the destruction of the Black nightclub and the deaths inside, Pennywise returns to hibernation after claiming the victims, and Ingrid is shown floating as the final outcome of her involvement.
