In an October 2025 interview with Variety, Sydney put those rumours to rest once and for all. She clarified that she has never had Botox or any cosmetic surgery, explaining that her fear of needles keeps her from ever considering such procedures.
“I’ve never gotten anything done. I’m absolutely terrified of needles. No tattoos. Nothing.”
The Christy star added that she plans to age gracefully and doesn’t feel pressured to alter her looks. She emphasized that the so-called “before and after” photos circulating online are misleading because they compare her 12-year-old self to her 28-year-old self — a natural transformation due to aging and makeup, not surgery.
