Fans don’t have to wait long for the next chapter of Maxton Hall Season 2. Episode 4 will be out on "November 14, 2025", only on Amazon Prime Video.
The first three episodes dropped on November 7, and they’ve already created plenty of buzz online. Some fans love the darker tone, while others miss the sweetness of Season 1 — but no one can deny it’s more dramatic than ever.

The new episode is called “Secrets”, and the name fits perfectly.
After Ruby and James spend a heartfelt night together, tragedy suddenly hits James’s family. The shock leaves Ruby torn between love and pain, unsure where their relationship stands.

Meanwhile, Mortimer Beaufort becomes more controlling than ever. His treatment of James and Lydia crosses new lines, and Lydia’s secret about her twins could change everything.
Ruby tries to hold herself together — dreaming of a normal life — but her heart keeps leading her back to James, no matter how much it hurts.

Season 2 feels more serious than before. The fun and light mood of Season 1 has turned into a story filled with pain, family problems, and emotional drama.
Many viewers say James’s character feels more real now. He’s dealing with loss and trying to handle his father’s pressure. Ruby, meanwhile, seems lost in a world full of money and expectations that test her strength.

The friendship between Ruby and Lydia is still one of the best parts of the show. It gives some warmth and balance to all the sadness and tension around them.
Not everyone is happy, though. Some fans think parts like the gala scene are “too dramatic,” but most agree the acting is strong and the story keeps them hooked.

Episode 4 looks intense. Mortimer’s hidden secrets could finally come out, pushing Lydia and James to make hard choices.
Ruby might have to choose between following her dreams — maybe that summer internship — or facing her feelings head-on. The story continues to dig into love, ambition, and family pressure, with emotions running higher than ever.
