Disney’s Predator: Badlands has stormed the U.K. and Ireland box office this week, roaring into the top spot with an impressive £2.3 million ($3.1 million) debut, according to Comscore. The film’s explosive performance marks another strong entry in the long-running Predator franchise, proving that audiences still crave the thrill of extraterrestrial survival action.

Sony’s The Choral took second place with an opening of $1.2 million, while Paramount’s Regretting You came in third, earning $1.04 million and bringing its total to $6.9 million.
Universal’s Bugonia ranked fourth with $723,160, reaching a total of $2.7 million, and Mubi’s Die My Love debuted in fifth place with $521,574.

Other strong performers include Disney’s Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere, which stayed steady at number six with $437,199, and Universal’s Gabby’s Dollhouse: The Movie, which earned $406,590, raising its total to $7.4 million.
Studiocanal’s I Swear followed in eighth with $359,605, while Paramount’s A Paw Patrol Christmas opened at ninth with $329,216. Rounding out the top 10 was Sony’s anime entry Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc, adding $248,872 for a total of $3.3 million.

The coming week promises another packed slate. Paramount’s The Running Man, directed by Edgar Wright, headlines the major releases, launching across more than 300 theaters. Also arriving are BTS’s concert film J-Hope Tour ‘Hope on the Stage’, folk-horror Keeper from Black Bear, and John Cleese Packs It In, a filmed stage performance by the legendary comedian.

Lionsgate brings Now You See Me: Now You Don’t, the latest addition to the illusionist heist franchise, while Sony continues anime’s hot streak with Jujutsu Kaisen: Execution. Studiocanal’s Nuremberg, featuring Russell Crowe and Rami Malek, adds courtroom intensity to the mix.
Other titles making their debut include the re-release of Night of the Juggler (1980), Hong Kong drama Valley of the Shadow of Death, and several event screenings such as The Wild Geese and City on Fire restorations.
Streaming platforms are joining in too — Netflix adds Left-Handed Girl and Jay Kelly, expanding its diverse November lineup. Bollywood also has a strong showing with De De Pyaar De 2 from Yash Raj Films and Christmas Karma from True Brit Entertainment.
