Looks like Amaya Espinal is officially back in the dating game, and fans are living for it! The Love Island USA season 7 winner, who stole hearts with her “sensitive gangsta” vibes and honest personality, has confirmed that she’s ready to give love another shot.

In a recent chat with OK! Magazine, Amaya opened up about her life after her very public breakup from Bryan Arenales — the same guy she won the show with just months ago. And her response? Short, real, and very Amaya: “I be dating.”

But don’t get it twisted — Amaya isn’t rushing into anything blindly. She shared some powerful advice for anyone who’s single and thinking about dating again. According to her, you should first learn how to be happy on your own.

“Before you even get into dating, you have to know you’re OK by yourself,” she said. “You should learn how to be alone before you’re even spending time with somebody else.”

She also made it clear that knowing your worth is non-negotiable. Once you understand what you want in a relationship, she says, never let anyone make you lower your standards or settle for less.
Fans will remember that Amaya and Bryan became fan favorites on Love Island USA season 7 and even won the show together in July. Sadly, their romance didn’t last long. Just one month later, Amaya confirmed their breakup in an emotional Instagram Story.
“After leaving the villa, it became very clear that we were on two different journeys,” she wrote. “Our visions didn’t align… All love here and I truly wish him the best.”
And guess what? Fans will soon see a lot more of Amaya on screen again. She’s set to appear in the spinoff series “Love Island: Beyond the Villa,” which follows the cast’s life after the show. The series has already been renewed for a second season, and yes — some exes might cross paths again.

Bryan Arenales will also appear in the series, along with other familiar faces like Pepe Garcia, Iris Kendall, TJ Palma, Taylor Williams, Clarke Carraway, Jeremiah Brown, Hannah Fields, and Andreina Santos. Awkward reunions? We’ll have to wait and see.
However, some popular couples like Nic Vansteenberghe and Olandria Carthen, and Ace Greene with Chelle Bissainthe, won’t be part of the new season due to other projects.
One thing is clear — Amaya Espinal is glowing, growing, and ready for whatever comes next in love and life. And honestly? We love that for her.
