Blake Lively has filed an amended complaint in her lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, stating that two unnamed female costars from It Ends With Us will testify about their experiences with Baldoni’s alleged behavior.
The court documents reveal that these costars had raised concerns about Baldoni’s conduct on set as early as May 2023. While their identities remain undisclosed for their protection, they have permitted Lively to share their accounts.

According to Lively’s legal filing, she first reported concerns about Baldoni and Wayfarer Studios co-chief Jamey Heath to a Sony executive on May 26, 2023. Another female cast member also reported Baldoni’s alleged inappropriate behavior to the same Sony executive and another producer.
The complaint claims Baldoni acknowledged the concerns in writing on June 1, 2023, and assured that adjustments would be made. However, by June 8, another female costar shared her discomfort with Lively. The legal team asserts that these issues were documented nearly a year before the film’s editing process began.
