HBO Max Drops First ‘Euphoria’ Season 3 Footage in 2026 Teaser

HBO Max has shared the first look at Euphoria Season 3 in its new 2026 teaser, confirming the show is finally on its way back. The footage opens with Rue, played by Zendaya, dancing with a group of women. She later kneels inside a church and looks toward the altar, saying, “There’s no turning back.” The next moment shows her running, glancing behind her as if something — or someone — is closing in.

The teaser then cuts to a series of quick scenes. A car speeds through the desert. Lexi chats with a table of men at a formal event. Maddy gets ready at a mirror. Nate dances in a living room with his shirt open. Cassie smiles in an animal costume. Jules leans back in a chair, looking drained. Over these moments, Rue reflects, saying that life a few years after high school wasn’t exactly what she expected.

We also see Rue riding with a new character in the same fast-moving car. In another shot, the man — wearing a cowboy hat and seated between two women — tells her, “You walk up into my house and you don’t even introduce yourself.” The clip hints that he may play a tense role in the upcoming season, though the context isn’t clear yet.

Season 3 is expected to feature a noticeable time jump, which makes sense given the long break since Season 2 aired more than four years ago. How the show handles the new timeline, as well as its added characters and evolving storylines, remains to be seen.
