Lawsuit Filed by Former Assistant
Lauren Pisciotta, 36, filed a lawsuit against Kanye West in June 2024, citing workplace misconduct, breach of contract, and wrongful termination. She claims that Kanye urged her to leave her OnlyFans career and promised her a $3 million severance, which she has not received.

Despite the lawsuit, Kanye, 47, has not made a formal legal response. His former publicist called the claims "baseless." Pisciotta’s legal team has faced difficulties in serving him as he has been staying in Tokyo.

Court Date Rescheduled to March 2025
Originally set for January 29, the court hearing has been moved to March 27 to allow more time for legal proceedings. The delay is intended to ensure that all parties involved are notified.

Allegations and Legal Proceedings
Pisciotta alleges that she experienced inappropriate workplace behavior and was subjected to distressing situations while working for Kanye between 2021 and 2022. She also mentioned a past incident involving a recording studio session.
