2 mangoes ripe
2 cups fresh curd
20 gm pistachios
sugar to taste
Lassi Recipe
To make Mango Lassi, first, wash and peel the mangoes thoroughly.
Cut the mango into small pieces and add sugar and curd to the mango and blend it in a mixer.
Now add some ice cubes to it and blend it in a mixer.
Put the pistachios in the prepared mango lassi and keep them in the fridge to cool down.
